為配合主題「農曆新年」延展活動,2-2-2023(星期四)低班幼兒進行小食嘗試活動,學習包餃子🥟。透過活動,讓幼兒認識中國文化傳統食物,更培養多吃蔬菜的習慣。
老師先準備及介紹色彩繽紛的餡料,包括:椰菜、胡蘿蔔、粟米及沙葛。幼兒能觀察老師的示範,按步驟包蔬菜餃子。最後,他們一起品嘗自己製作的餃子,吃得津津樂道!😄

餃子是中國傳統食物之一,外形像元寶,寓意招財進寶、辭舊迎新。
2-2-2023 (Wednesday) K.2 children had a snack making activity about making dumplings 🥟. Through the activity, children can know more about the traditional Chinese food-dumplings, and build up their eating habit in vegetables.
Teachers have prepared colourful vegetables for children, such as broccoli, carrots, corn and Yam beans.Children actively participated in the activity , they learned and tried to make vegetable dumplings through observing .Then, children enjoyed the same dumplings during snack time, they were very happy! 😄

Dumplings is one of the traditional Chinese food. It looks like gold ingots, therefore, people will have it in Lunar New Years for blessing that the family will be wealthy in the future.
