16-11-2023（星期四），高班老師與幼兒前往惠康超級市場參觀。過程中，幼兒積極投入，觀察到超級市場裏售賣了各種食物，有魚、有雞蛋、有蔬菜、有水果等，十分豐富。
同時，幼兒亦手持購物清單，與老師一起購買了粟米、芝士、麪包、吞拿魚及菠蘿等食材，並於17-11-2023（星期五）進行小食嘗試活動。幼兒按照健康飲食金字塔的營養配搭，利用所選購食材，自己動手製作了美味的健康薄餅🍕🥰
