低班健康菜色齊烹飪活動 K.2- Healthy Dish cooking activity



12-1-2024(星期五)低班幼兒進行健康菜色齊烹飪活動,活動中邀請🧑‍🍳李冠宏家長和王鎬霖家長示範烹調番茄炒蛋🍅🥚。
在製作過程中,幼兒能認識番茄和雞蛋的營養價值,還幫忙切番茄和拌蛋漿,很開心啊!🥰希望家長和幼兒在家中都能一起嘗試烹調這道既美味又有營養的食品,😋從而培養孩子良好的飲食習慣。
K.2 children participated in a healthy dish cooking activity on 12-1-2024 (Friday). The parents of🧑‍🍳Li Kwun Wang and Wong Ho Lam were also invited to demonstrate how to cook tomato and eggs🍅🥚.
During the cooking process, the children were able to understand the nutritional value of tomatoes and eggs.They also helped cutting tomatoes and beat eggs. They were very happy! 🥰I hope parents and children can try cooking this delicious and nutritious dish together at home. 😋So as to develop good eating habits.
